According to Kuwait News Agency, discussions on enhancing economic ties were also on the agenda, as Kuwait's Minister of Commerce and Industry, Khalifa Al-Ajeel, met with Tajikistan's Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Zavqi Zavqizoda. The talks focused on identifying opportunities to strengthen economic and trade cooperation between the two nations, highlighting the importance of international collaboration in achieving mutual economic goals.
In another development, Kuwait has reiterated its commitment to expanding its role in the space sector. This initiative aligns with the objectives set by a United Nations committee dedicated to outer space affairs. Kuwait emphasized its longstanding involvement in the space industry, signaling an intention to further develop its capabilities in this field.
Meanwhile, in Ankara, the foreign ministers of Turkey and Egypt, Hakan Fidan and Bader Abdelatty respectively, have jointly condemned any efforts to displace the Palestinian people. They emphasized the necessity of cooperation to facilitate the implementation of a ceasefire agreement in Gaza, showcasing a regional commitment to addressing ongoing tensions and fostering peace.
