Kuwaiti Cabinet Reviews Amir’s Meeting with King Charles III

Kuwait City: The Kuwaiti Cabinet reviewed the outcomes of the meeting between His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and King Charles III during the Amir's visit to the United Kingdom from January 14-16. This meeting was part of ongoing diplomatic engagements aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between Kuwait and the United Kingdom. According to Kuwait News Agency, Kuwait has taken significant humanitarian steps by dispatching its ninth plane to Syria. The plane carried 40 tons of food, medical aid, and other essential materials to help address the challenges posed by the harsh winter as part of the "Kuwait is By Your Side" campaign. In Ramallah, the situation remains tense as the number of Palestinians killed in the city of Jenin and its surrounding areas increased to 10. Nine of these casualties occurred in the city and its camp during an Israeli occupation raid that started at noon. In Istanbul, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced that tomorrow would be observ ed as a day of mourning across the country. This follows a devastating fire in Bolu, located in Turkey's northwest, which resulted in significant casualties. In Davos, Switzerland, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank of Palestine, Hashim Al-Shawa, acknowledged the financial contributions from the State of Kuwait and other GCC countries. These contributions have been crucial in bolstering the bank's capital and enhancing its resilience amidst the ongoing crisis in the State of Palestine.
