Kuwait Secures Second Place at Arab Kowat Alrami Championship

Kuwait city: Kuwait's Kowat Alrami team achieved second place in the 7th Arab Kowat Alrami Championship in Manama, organized by the Arab Federation of Kowat Alrami (AFKA). The team secured a total of 4 gold, 8 silver, and 4 bronze medals.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the Kuwaiti team's notable performance was led by Obaid Al-Mutairi, who took home one gold and one silver medal. Other gold medalists included Saud Boushehri, Hamad Al-Alyan, and Abdulaziz Al-Alyan. Additionally, Saleh Al-Dosari, Salman Al-Ali, and Abdullah Al-Tulaibi each earned two silver medals. Hamad Al-Haboush added another silver to the tally, while Ayed Al-Azmi and Salem Al-Ali each won two bronze medals.

Kuwait Kowat Alrami Chief and Delegation Head Captain Mahmoud Abdul expressed pride in the team's success and highlighted the support from Kuwait in developing the sport and its athletes. The championship featured 12 Arab national teams and took place at Khalifa Sports City Hall from November 12 to 16.
