Kuwait Secures Four Medals in Asian Shooting Championship

Linfen: The Kuwaiti shooting team achieved a significant milestone on Wednesday by winning four medals, including one gold, one silver, and two bronze, at the ongoing Asian Shooting Championship in Linfen, China. This victory brings Kuwait's total medal count to seven in the championship.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the President of the Kuwait Shooting Sports Club (KSSC) and Head of the delegation, Duaij Al-Otaibi, announced that shooters Abdulrahman Al-Faihan, Talal Al-Rashidi, and Nasser Al-Muqallid clinched the gold medal in the men's competition. In the women's category, Shahd Al-Hawwal, Sara Al-Hawwal, and Reem Al-Zamanan secured a silver medal. Abdulrahman Al-Faihan also earned a bronze in the individual competitions, while Nasser Al-Muqallid and Sara Al-Hawwal achieved bronze in the mixed-doubles competitions.

The Kuwaiti team had previously scored three medals last Thursday, comprising two gold and one bronze. During that event, Mansour Al-Rashidi, Abdulaziz Al-Saad, and Abdulaziz Al-Faihan captured gold in the men's team competition. Additionally, Al-Rashidi and Al-Saad won gold and bronze, respectively, in their individual competitions.
