Kuwait City: His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to Governor General of Saint Lucia Errol Charles, on his country's Independence Day on Saturday.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the message was sent to commemorate Saint Lucia's celebration of its national independence. The Prime Minister expressed best wishes to the people and leadership of Saint Lucia, marking the occasion with formal diplomatic communication.
