Dubai: His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received his Pakistani counterpart Mohammad Shehbaz Sharif on the sidelines of the World Governments Summit (WGS) held in Dubai, UAE. The meeting took place on Tuesday and focused on strengthening the historical bilateral relations between Kuwait and Pakistan.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the discussions aimed at expanding cooperation between the two nations to better serve their interests. Both leaders also exchanged views on regional and international issues of common interest, emphasizing the importance of collaboration in addressing these matters.
Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Yahya and several senior officials were present at the meeting. The presence of these officials highlights the significance of the discussions and the commitment of both countries to enhance their diplomatic and cooperative ties.
