Kuwait city: Under the patronage and presence of His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the graduation ceremony for the “Ambition” program for new recruits at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs took place. The ceremony, held on Sunday, celebrated the 10th and 11th training cohorts (2024/2025) at the Saud Al-Nasser Al-Sabah Diplomatic Institute.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the event was attended by various dignitaries including Abdulaziz Al-Dakhil, Head of the Prime Minister’s Office, Abdullah Al-Yahya, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Chairman of the institute, and Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Director-General of Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA). Senior officials from the government, the Prime Minister’s Office, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were also present.
In a press statement, His Highness the Prime Minister congratulated the graduates, acknowledging their competence and readiness to serve Kuwait in diplomatic fields. He expressed confidence in their ability to uphold the legacy of their predecessors and to be exemplary ambassadors of Kuwait’s values. His Highness also praised the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for their efforts in representing Kuwait internationally and enhancing the country’s global standing.
Assistant Foreign Minister for the Saud Al-Nasser Al-Sabah Diplomatic Institute, Ambassador Nasser Al-Subaih, spoke about Kuwait’s commitment to preparing a new generation equipped with the necessary skills to serve their country. Diplomatic attache Mohammad Al-Sharida, representing the graduates, affirmed their dedication to serving the nation with full capabilities and efforts.
The ceremony concluded with the Prime Minister honoring the graduates of the “Ambition” program, marking the beginning of their service to the nation.
