Kuwait city: His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory cable to the President of Vietnam, Luong Cuong, on his country's National Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the message was sent on Tuesday as a gesture of goodwill and diplomatic relations between Kuwait and Vietnam. The Prime Minister expressed his sincere congratulations to the Vietnamese leadership and people on this significant occasion.
