Kuwait city: His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory cable to the President of the Republic of Angola, Joao Manuel Lourenco, on his country's National Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the message was sent on Tuesday as a gesture of goodwill and to strengthen diplomatic relations between Kuwait and Angola. The cable expressed warm congratulations and best wishes for the prosperity and progress of Angola and its people.
