Kuwait City: His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent a cable to the President of Ireland Michael D. Higgins Monday to congratulate him on his country's national day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the cable was sent as part of the diplomatic efforts to maintain and strengthen the relationship between Kuwait and Ireland. The message conveyed best wishes for continued prosperity and development for Ireland and its people.
