Kuwait city: The Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) announced that the price of Kuwaiti oil decreased by 99 cents, settling at USD 60.41 per barrel on Monday. This marks a drop from the previous rate of USD 61.40 per barrel recorded last Friday.
According to Kuwait News Agency, global oil prices showed an upward trend during the same period. Brent crude oil prices increased by USD 1.30, reaching USD 61.94 per barrel. Similarly, the price of West Texas Intermediate rose by USD 1.34, bringing it to USD 58.08 per barrel.
