Kuwait city: The price of Kuwaiti oil experienced a decrease of 66 cents, resulting in a new price of USD 71.59 per barrel on Monday. This change was in comparison to the previous price of USD 72.25 per barrel noted on Friday, as reported by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Tuesday.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the prices of Brent crude and West Texas Intermediate showed varied trends. Brent crude saw a decrease of USD 1.60, reaching USD 70.04 per barrel. In contrast, the West Texas Intermediate price increased by USD 1.55, reaching USD 66.81 per barrel.
