Kuwait city: The price of Kuwaiti oil experienced a decrease of USD 1.47, settling at USD 63.40 per barrel on Monday. This marks a drop from the previous rate of USD 64.87 per barrel recorded last Friday, as reported by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Tuesday.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the global market saw a contrasting trend where Brent crude and West Texas Intermediate prices witnessed an increase. Brent crude rose by 79 cents, reaching USD 63.17 per barrel, while West Texas Intermediate increased by 77 cents, reaching USD 59.32 per barrel.
