Kuwait City: Chief of the Kuwait National Guard (KNG) Sheikh Mubarak Humoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received the visiting Algerian army chief-of-staff, Lieut-General Saeed Chengriha, on Wednesday. The meeting marks a significant engagement between the military officials of Kuwait and Algeria. According to Kuwait News Agency, the KNG released a statement indicating that Lieut-General Chengriha congratulated Sheikh Mubarak Al-Humoud on assuming his role as the chief of the National Guard. The meeting was also attended by the Undersecretary at KNG, Lieut-General Eng. Hashem Al-Refaei, further highlighting the importance of the visit.
