Kuwait city: Forces of the Ministry of Interior conducted a security operation in the southern region of Khairan, concluding with 467 traffic breaches and the detention of 16 offenders and fugitives. The operation was executed under the instructions of First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, and supervised by Major General Hamed Al-Dawas, the assistant undersecretary for public security affairs, along with several chiefs from the security sectors.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the campaign resulted in addressing 467 traffic violations. The operation led to the detention of ten individuals, the arrest of a fugitive, and the apprehension of a person for violating the residency law. Additionally, three individuals without licenses were referred to the competent authorities, and a juvenile was arrested. The operation also resulted in the seizure of two vehicles and a motorcycle, as well as the impoundment of 20 vehicles and motorcycles.
