KUWAIT CITY: Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya, who serves as the chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sumait Award for African Development, welcomed the latest recipients of the prestigious award on Thursday.
