Kuwait Embassy Joins Diplomatic Corps Bazaar in Jordan


Amman: The State of Kuwait Embassy in Jordan participated in the 60th annual international charitable diplomatic corps bazaar. This event was organized by Mabarrat Um Al-Hussein charity in collaboration with various diplomatic missions in Jordan and was supervised by the Jordanian Foreign Ministry.



According to Kuwait News Agency, the State of Kuwait Ambassador to Jordan, Hamad Al-Meri, emphasized that Kuwait’s participation in the bazaar aligns with its policy of supporting humanitarian efforts and promoting social solidarity for the most in need in society. The bazaar also served as a platform to explore the heritage of other nations.



Ambassador Al-Meri noted that Princess Besma’s sponsorship of the event highlighted Jordan’s dedication to philanthropic activities. He praised the Jordanian charity for its childcare efforts. In recognition of her ongoing contributions to philanthropy, Ambassador Al-Meri and the embassy staff presented Princess Besma with an honorary shield.
