Kuwait city: The Ministry of Education has announced the opening of registration for 32 free evening school clubs for boys and girls in both public and private education sectors during the holy month of Ramadan. The initiative aims to provide students with additional opportunities to engage in educational and extracurricular activities.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Ministry emphasized that these clubs are designed to promote equal opportunities and allow students to benefit from a range of programs. The approved venues for these clubs are spread across all educational districts, and transportation will be provided to ensure regular attendance.
The programs offered at these clubs include sports courses, robotics and programming clubs, applied studies, and activities aimed at developing debate and dialogue skills. These programs are available to students from various educational stages and are set to operate daily from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., starting March 1. The goal is to provide a safe and motivating educational environment that aligns with the spirit of Ramadan.
Registration for these clubs is available online for students in public and special education, while students in private education can register in person at designated club locations. The Ministry has affirmed that this initiative supports the educational process and promotes balanced character development by combining academic achievement with essential life skills. Parents are encouraged to motivate their children to participate in these programs.
