Kuwait City: Kuwait has denounced the ongoing Israeli actions that hinder the delivery of humanitarian aid to Palestinians, presenting the matter before the Hague-based International Court of Justice (ICJ). The violations, which Kuwait described as "dangerous" and "loud," are particularly concerning in relation to the delivery of essential aid. According to Kuwait News Agency, Ambassador to France Abdullah Al-Shaheen issued a statement condemning these practices, highlighting the severity of actions such as deliberate siege, starvation, and the targeting of aid teams. These actions have been labeled as crimes against humanity. On February 28, Kuwait sought an advisory opinion regarding Israel's obligations concerning the presence and activities of the United Nations, international organizations, and third countries in Palestine, focusing on the provision of essential services, development, and humanitarian aid, as well as the Palestinians' right to self-determination. Kuwait's actions align with the UN Gene ral Assembly resolution No. 232/29, which was adopted in New York on December 19, 2024, underscoring the international community's concern over the ongoing situation.
