Kuwait city: The price of Kuwaiti crude oil experienced an increase of USD 2.51, reaching USD 59.55 per barrel on Friday. This rise was noted in comparison to the price of USD 57.04 per barrel recorded the previous day, as reported by Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Saturday.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the trend of rising oil prices was also observed in global markets. Brent crude futures saw an increase of USD 1.35, reaching USD 63.34 per barrel. Similarly, the U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose by USD 1.36, settling at USD 59.12 per barrel.
