In the cable, His Highness the Crown Prince expressed his wishes for further progress and prosperity for the United States, and for the President-elect's success in his endeavors and good health. According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Crown Prince also extended his congratulations to Vice-President-elect James Vance, wishing him success in his role.
