Kuwait city: His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory cable to President of the Republic of Gabon Brice Oligui Nguema in celebration of his country's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the cable from the Crown Prince conveyed his best wishes for the Gabonese President's health and wellbeing. It also expressed hopes for Gabon's continued success and prosperity.
