Kuwait city: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed the State of Kuwait's condemnation of the terrorist attack against a joint Syrian-American security patrol near the Syrian town of Tadmor (Palmyra) on Saturday. Several people were killed and wounded in the assault.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Kuwaiti ministry affirmed in a statement that this criminal act constituted a flagrant breach of international law and a threat to regional security and peace. The statement renewed Kuwait's robust rejection of violence, terrorism, and criminal acts regardless of the motives and causes behind them.
The ministry expressed deep condolences to the victims' families, as well as to the US and Syrian governments, and wished the injured a quick recovery.
