Kuwait city: The Director General of Kuwait Coast Guard at the Ministry of Interior, Brigadier General Sheikh Mubarak Ali Al-Sabah, engaged in discussions on Monday with the US Central Command (CENTCOM) Commander, Admiral Brad Cooper, focusing on boosting joint security cooperation.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the discussions took place following Sheikh Mubarak Al-Sabah's visit to the US Central Command headquarters during his official visit to the United States. The Ministry of Interior released a statement indicating that Sheikh Mubarak conveyed the congratulations of Acting Prime Minister Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Al-Sabah to Admiral Cooper on his new role as Commander of US Central Command, wishing him success.
The statement further highlighted that the meeting explored existing cooperation between Kuwait and the United States at the security level, emphasizing the potential for development to enhance joint work efficiency and maintain regional security and stability.
