Kuwait Civil Aviation Chief Engages with UK Trade Commissioner on Aviation Cooperation

Kuwait city: Chairman of the Public Authority for Civil Aviation Sheikh Humoud Mubarak Al-Humoud Al-Sabah recently held discussions with the United Kingdom's Trade Commissioner to Kuwait, Lord Iain McNicol, focusing on enhancing cooperation in civil aviation.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) stated that the meeting covered various topics including air traffic control training, the qualification of specialized staff, the development of infrastructure and operational services, and the strengthening of public-private partnerships in strategic projects at Kuwait International Airport.

The discussions are aimed at boosting Kuwaiti-British relations and reflect the authority's commitment to leveraging British expertise in supporting both current and future civil aviation projects.
