Kuwait Celebrates Women’s Contributions on National Women’s Day

Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has expressed his pride in the significant contributions made by women in Kuwait, especially in the context of building and developing the nation. This statement was made in celebration of Kuwait Women's Day, recognizing the role of women in the country's progress.

According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah also acknowledged the notable achievements of Kuwaiti women. He emphasized the importance of their contributions to various sectors and the impact of their work on the nation's development.

In other news, UN's human rights Commissioner Volker Turk has criticized Israel's recent military actions in Gaza. He accused the country of escalating its attacks and suggested these actions could lead to the permanent displacement of the population, which he described as "ethnic cleansing."

Meanwhile, in Washington, US President Donald Trump announced that the United States has proposed a new nuclear deal to Iran. He urged Tehran to respond promptly to this proposal, emphasizing the importance of swift action.
