Kuwait appreciated Egypt's efforts to restore stability in Sudan.
Regarding the Libyan crisis, both sides emphasized Libya's unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity. They rejected foreign interference and underscored the Libyan people's ownership of their political process, including efforts to resolve the crisis related to the Political Agreement and the 2015 Skhirat Agreement. They stressed the need for foreign forces and militias to withdraw from Libya and highlighted the importance of unifying military and security institutions under a legitimate executive authority.
Kuwait affirmed its full support for Egypt's water security as an integral part of Arab water security, rejecting any measures infringing upon Egypt's rights to the Nile River. Kuwait expressed solidarity with Egypt's decisions to protect its population and water interests, urging riparian states to refrain from actions affecting Egypt's and Sudan's water rights.
Both nations supported the Yemeni government led by the Presidential Leadership Council, reaffirming their commitment to Yemen's unity, sovereignty, stability, and territorial integrity. They rejected interference in Yemen's affairs and endorsed a peaceful resolution based on the Gulf Initiative, the National Dialogue Conference outcomes, and United Nations Security Council Resolution 2216. They welcomed initiatives by Saudi Arabia and Oman towards resolving the Yemeni crisis.
