Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah welcomed the Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, at Bayan Palace. The Qatari Prime Minister was accompanied by a delegation during their official visit to Kuwait.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the meeting involved the Qatari Prime Minister conveying the greetings and appreciation of the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, to His Highness the Amir of Kuwait. The Qatari Amir expressed his wishes for the good health and continuous progress of the people of Kuwait.
In response, His Highness the Amir of Kuwait sent his greetings and best wishes to the Qatari Amir, hoping for continued development, prosperity, and stability for Qatar and its people.
The meeting was attended by key officials including Minister of the Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Al-Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Chief of His Highness the Amir's Office retired General Jamal Al-Theyab, Undersecretary of the Amiri Diwan Sheikh Abdulaziz Mishal Mubarak Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs at the Amiri Diwan Mazen Al-Issa.
