Kuwait Amir Receives Credentials of New Ambassadors

Al Asimah: A ceremony was held Monday morning at Bayan Palace where His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received the credentials of several new ambassadors to Kuwait. The newly appointed ambassadors include Dr. Zafar Iqbal of Pakistan, Andreas Panayiotou of Cyprus, Juan Carlos Staben Boillat of El Salvador, Arsen Alexander Arakelyan of Armenia, and Lakshitha Pradeep Ratnayake of Sri Lanka.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the ceremony was attended by senior state officials, highlighting its significance and the importance of diplomatic relations. The acceptance of credentials marks the beginning of the ambassadors' official duties in Kuwait, facilitating diplomatic and bilateral engagements between Kuwait and their respective countries. The event underscores Kuwait's ongoing commitment to fostering international relations.
