Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has received an official invitation from Egyptian President Abdulfattah Al-Sisi to attend the Sharm El-Sheikh Summit, scheduled for Monday. The summit’s agenda centers on the signing of an agreement aimed at ending the ongoing conflict in the Gaza Strip.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the invitation was conveyed through a formal letter delivered by the Egyptian Ambassador to Kuwait, Mohammad Abu Al-Wafa. The handover took place during a ceremony attended by Kuwait’s Foreign Minister, Abdullah Al-Yahya. The meeting underscores the diplomatic efforts involved in resolving the situation in Gaza.
