Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory cable to the President of Vietnam, Luong Cuong, on the occasion of Vietnam's National Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir expressed wishes for the good health of the Vietnamese President and hoped for further progress and prosperity for Vietnam and its people.
