Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the President of Cote d'Ivoire, Alassane Ouattara, on his country's national day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in the cable, His Highness the Amir wished President Ouattara good health and wellbeing. He also expressed hopes for more progress and prosperity for Cote d'Ivoire and its people.
