Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable to the President of Panama, Jose Raul Mulino, congratulating him on Panama's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir extended his wishes for good health to the President and expressed hopes for further progress and prosperity for the people of Panama.
