Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to Chairman of the Presidential Council of Libya Dr. Mohamad Al-Menfi on the occasion of the 74th anniversary of Libya's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir expressed his wishes for President Al-Menfi's continued well-being and conveyed his hopes for further progress and prosperity for Libya and its people.
