Kuwait: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable to President of Kenya Dr. William Samoei Ruto, congratulating him on his country's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in the cable, His Highness the Amir expressed wishes for President Ruto's good health and wellness. He also conveyed hopes for further progress and prosperity for Kenya and its people.
