Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory cable to President of Kazakhstan Kassym Jomart Tokayev on the occasion of his country's Republic Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in the cable, His Highness the Amir wished President Tokayev good health and expressed hopes for continued progress and prosperity for Kazakhstan and its people.
