Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to President of the Republic of Finland Alexander Stubb on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in the cable, His Highness the Amir expressed his wishes for President Stubb's good health. He also conveyed hopes for further progress and welfare for Finland and its people.
