Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Sunday sent a congratulatory cable to the President of Equatorial Guinea Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in the cable, His Highness the Amir wished President Mbasogo good health and the people of Equatorial Guinea further progress and prosperity.
