According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness acknowledged the significant efforts of the security authorities within the Ministries of Interior and Defense, the National Guard, and other official bodies involved in preparing for the national celebrations. These included the Permanent Committee for Celebrating National Holidays, Ministries of Information, Health, Education, the Kuwait Fire Force, and Kuwait Municipality, alongside extensive media coverage.
His Highness urged citizens to appreciate the blessing of liberation granted by Almighty Allah, honoring the memory of the martyrs who defended Kuwait. He also extended greetings to the leaders of Gulf and Arab countries for joining in Kuwait's national celebrations, highlighting the strong bonds shared with these nations.
