Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to King of Bhutan Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck on his country's National Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in the cable, His Highness the Amir wished the King of Bhutan good health, and further progress and welfare for Bhutan and its friendly people.
