Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences Monday to Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz over the demise of Prince Faisal bin Khaled bin Mohammad Al-Saud. In the cable, His Highness the Amir prayed to Allah Almighty to bestow mercy upon the deceased.
