Kuwaiti Ambassador Bader Al-Munaikh on Thursday submitted his credentials to Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi.
This came when the Iranian president welcomed the Kuwaiti ambassador in Tehran, the Kuwaiti Embassy in Iran said in a statement.
