Kuwait Airways Introduces ‘Economy Class Without Baggage’ Option

Kuwait city: Kuwait Airways has officially launched its new "economy class without baggage" travel category, which allows passengers to travel with only a lightweight cabin bag instead of checked luggage. The option caters to travelers who do not require large suitcases or heavy baggage, particularly useful for short business trips or quick personal journeys.

According to Kuwait News Agency, Chairperson Abdulmohsen Al-Faqaan stated that this new category provides a wider range of options tailored to travelers' needs. Passengers opting for this fare can bring a single cabin bag weighing up to seven kilograms and can conveniently issue boarding passes at Terminal 4 self-service machines.

Al-Faqaan also emphasized Kuwait Airways' commitment to simplifying the passenger journey, from entering the terminal to onboard comfort. This is supported by modern entertainment and hospitality services. The airline's economy class is now structured into four categories: "Without Baggage" with 50 percent mileage, "Saver" with one 32-kilogram bag and 50 percent mileage, "Standard" with two bags and full mileage, and "Flexible" with additional mileage.
