Kuwait City: Kuwait Airways cancelled a number of scheduled flights on Saturday, citing concerns over travelers' safety due to current regional conditions.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the national carrier announced the cancellation of flights KU563/4 to and from Amman and KU503/4 to and from Beirut. The decision was made after careful consideration of the security situation in coordination with the General Directorate of Civil Aviation and the Foreign Ministry.
Kuwait Airways stated that it will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as necessary. The airline will contact affected travelers via their provided contact information to assist in rescheduling their bookings, and expressed appreciation for their cooperation.
