Kuwait city: Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) participated on Wednesday in a celebration held by Kuwait University under the slogan "Our Beloved Country, a Symbol of Pride and a Foundation of Knowledge" marking the 65th National Day and the 35th Liberation Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, at Sabah Al-Salem University City, KUNA is showcasing its journalistic work, the process of producing news and reports, the agency's role in covering local and international events, as well as displaying a selection of media materials documenting Kuwait's history and development.
Staff at the pavilion also introduced visitors to the KUNA application and the KUNA Fact-Checking Observatory, explaining their role in facilitating access to official information and countering rumors.
Participating in the two-day event underscores KUNA's media role in community engagement and its support for national events celebrated at state institutions.
