Takhar: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) distributed 404 food baskets yesterday in Farkhar District, Takhar Province, Afghanistan, benefiting 2,424 individuals from 404 families, including returnees, internally displaced persons, the needy, and orphans, as part of the 2026 Food Security and Emergency Relief Project in Afghanistan.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this assistance is part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's ongoing relief and humanitarian programs, implemented through KSrelief, to support the Afghan people and alleviate their suffering. The initiative aims to address the immediate food needs of vulnerable populations in the region, providing essential supplies to those affected by ongoing challenges in Afghanistan.
