Kuwait City: The Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) announced on Thursday the new prices of liquefied natural gas (LNG), propane, and butane for April. Speaking to KUNA in a statement, the corporation revealed the updated rates as part of its monthly pricing schedule.
According to Kuwait News Agency, a propane metric ton will be sold for USD 615 during April, while a butane metric ton will be priced at USD 605. Both propane and butane have widespread applications in the petrochemical industry, as well as for cooking and heating purposes.
LNG prices are primarily influenced by global oil prices, market supply and demand, among other determining factors. The adjustments in these prices reflect current market conditions and the corporation's response to fluctuations in the energy sector.
