Israeli Occupation Strikes Result in Death of Six Medics in Southern Lebanon.

Beirut: The Lebanese Ministry of Health declared on Thursday that six medics died and four others received injuries in the Israeli occupation's strikes on three regions in the south. According to Kuwait News Agency, in one of the deadly incidents, a medic died and two others were wounded in an attack on a vehicle of the Al-Resala society in the town of Zefta. Another was killed and two others were wounded in a raid targeting a vehicle of the same medical society in Dair Al-Zahrani. Four others, members of the same association, died in an identical incident in the town of Derdghaya. The new casualty figures bring the toll among medics since October to 178 deaths and 279 injury cases. Up to 246 medics' vehicles have been targeted during the ongoing conflict. Lebanon has lodged a complaint with the UN Security Council against the occupation for targeting the medical sector in the country. The attacks have also targeted hospitals, medical, and rescue facilities.
