Israeli Occupation Forces’ Airstrikes on Gaza Result in 60 Palestinian Deaths

Kuwait City: At least 60 Palestinians were killed and 284 others injured in a new wave of airstrikes and bombardments by the Israeli occupation forces on Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours. The figures do not include the casualties at hospitals of northern Gaza due to accessibility problems, local health authorities said in a press release on Saturday.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the new casualties have taken the death toll since October 7, 2023, to 54,381 and the injuries to 124,054. The death toll since Israeli occupation forces resumed the genocidal acts on March 18 after a two-month truce, has climbed to 4,117, and the injuries to 12,013, according to the statement.

The numbers of victims are provisional since scores of victims are still under debris and cannot be accounted for by the medical teams and civil defense corps so far. Over the past one and a half years, the Israeli occupation forces continued attacking civilians and civilian infrastructure across Gaza Strip, including health facilities and power generators of hospitals, which reduced the ability of rescuers to offer life-saving services to the people in need, the statement added.
