Beirut: The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health announced on Thursday the death of one person as a result of an Israeli occupation airstrike, south of the country. In a statement, the ministry's Public Health Emergency Operations Center said the strike targeted the town of Deir Seryan in the Marjeyoun district, resulting in one fatality.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the National News Agency reported that an occupation drone dropped a bomb on the outskirts of the southern town of Aitaroun, with no injuries reported. On Wednesday, southern Lebanon witnessed a series of occupation air raids, including one on the town of Al-Housh, which left seven people wounded.
Israeli occupation forces continue to target towns, vehicles, and motorcycles in various areas despite the ceasefire agreement that took effect on November 27.
